Returns and Exchanges
Unused items can usually be returned within 30 days of delivery.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@kiddoclass.com or call (505) 682-1200 with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or color, follow the same process as a return and specify the item you would like instead. Exchanges ship within 2 business days of receiving your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, socks, underwear, and swimwear cannot be returned unless defective. Sale items marked 'Final Sale' are also not eligible for return.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it at no cost to you.
